Wilderness Boot Camp for Leaders

a weekend with the general

A weekend you will remember and refer to for the rest of your life!

This completely unique, highly challenging, life-transforming Wilderness Boot Camp for Leaders is carefully designed to forge in you the superior leadership skills that will strengthen you and the companies you serve for the rest of your career.

For three rock-solid, energizing days and two nights, you will be in the capable hands of one of America’s top commanders, General Jeffrey S. Buchanan.

General Buchanan (ret.) has has held life and death in his hands, faced down national threats and led tens of thousands of troops to victory. He devised this program especially to share top leadership strategies and combat-level skills in civilian leaders.

You will get the chance to truly test your leadership mettle in this elite weekend, uncover your own fears and learn to rely on your best strengths, and reveal areas for improvement so that you can emerge as a leader known for courage, confidence and conviction. You will be fully prepared to take your company into a bold and exciting future.

Set on a real Western ranch on the edge of the country, this battle-tested program takes you through outdoor experiences that have been honed to transform you (and your team if you choose to bring them) into an even better leader. You will know how far you can trust yourself, how far you can push yourself, and how to handle others as they go through epic experiences.

You will emerge from this event on Sunday afternoon full of colorful stories, renewed enthusiasm, unforgettable new skills, and a surge of passion to apply what you’ve just learned to your business and your life.
